What clinics ask us before they start.
Short answers to the questions that come up on almost every fit call. Didn't find yours? Write to us and we'll get back to you.
Before you start
What exactly counts as a lead?
Someone who saw the ad, left their details in the form and answered the qualifying questions: which treatment interests them, when they want to start, and whether the price range suits them. We agree on the exact definition together on the fit call.
Which treatments do you bring leads for?
Our specialty is clear aligners, and we apply the same method to any treatment the clinic wants to fill: implants, veneers and aesthetics, whitening, rehabilitation and more. Each treatment gets its own ads and qualifying questions.
Our clinic doesn't focus on clear aligners. Is it still a fit?
Yes. Clear aligners are our specialty, not a condition. The method, the qualifying and the CRM work for every treatment, and on the fit call we choose together what to start with.
Why only one clinic per city?
Because we cannot work for two clinics competing for the same patients. In your city, the campaign, its audiences and everything it learns work only for you.
Can we see examples of the ads?
Yes, on the fit call. There we show you real examples, and build the angle that suits your clinic together.
Payment
How does payment work?
A fixed monthly retainer for managing the campaign, the ads, the qualifying and the reporting. For the first two months the rate is reduced, and from the third month you move to the regular rate. Both amounts are shown to you already on the fit call.
What is included in the price?
Campaign management, copywriting and design of the ads, a form with qualifying questions, a clinic CRM and an alert for every lead. The ad budget itself, what is paid to Facebook and Instagram, is set separately on the fit call.
Why a fixed price?
Because then you know in advance exactly what it costs, and we have no reason to inflate the number of leads. The only way for us to keep working with you is patients who reach the chair.
What happens if the leads are not a good fit?
That is what the CRM is for: you update what happened to each lead. When irrelevant leads come in, we change the ads and the qualifying questions. It is part of the ongoing work, at no extra cost.
Day to day
How soon do the first leads arrive?
After the fit call we build the ads and the form and launch the campaign. In most cases the first leads arrive within the first days after launch, and the campaign improves over the following weeks as data accumulates.
How do the leads reach us?
Every qualified lead lands in the clinic CRM, and an email alert reaches you the same moment. In the Today tab it waits at the top of the queue until someone calls back, so you can respond while the interest is still warm, and no lead is forgotten.
Do we need to install anything for the CRM?
No. It opens on desktop and phone, from anywhere, with no installation and no extra subscription, and it is included in the price. The team updates a status from a list, and clicks a button to send a ready WhatsApp message. The system does the rest.
What does the clinic need to do?
Call the leads back and update the CRM with what happened to each one. The rest, from the ads to the qualifying, we manage.
Data and confidentiality
Who sees the clinic's data?
Only you and us. A clinic's numbers, prices and patient details are not shown to other clinics and are not published without your approval.
